Dr. Doreen Stiskal of Seton Hall University said “the body gains the maximum benefits of warm water therapy within 20 minutes.” Dr. Bruce Becker of Washington State University has conducted many studies focusing on water immersion and his research also points to 20 minutes in the water as the sweet spot.
